Collaborative Workspaces

Tesorai’s collaborative workspaces enable seamless team collaboration across your organization. Share files, jobs, and engage in Tesorai Chat with your colleagues in dedicated workspace environments.

Workspace Access

All workspaces in your organization are accessible to every member of your org, with one important exception:

  • <Private> workspace: This is your personal, private workspace that only you can access
  • All other workspaces: Accessible by everyone in your organization for full collaboration

What You Can Collaborate On

Within shared workspaces, you can collaborate on:

  • Files: Manage RAW and FASTA files together.
  • Jobs: Create, monitor, and manage computational jobs as a team.
  • Tesorai Chat: Engage in AI-powered conversations and discussions.

Migration to Private Workspace

Section titled “Migration to Private Workspace”

All of your existing files and jobs have been automatically migrated to your own <Private> workspace. This ensures:

  • Your current work remains private and secure
  • You maintain full control over your existing content

Note: Moving files and jobs between workspaces is not currently supported, but please let us know if this is something you would like to see! You can reach out to us anytime at info@tesorai.com.

Creating New Organizations

To set up a new organization for collaborative workspaces:

  1. Click the + button next to “Organization” on the left side bar of https://console.tesorai.com
  2. Fill out the organization name and settings
  3. Add any other users you want to invite to the organization

Once your organization is set up, you can create new collaborative workspaces:

  1. Click the + button next to “Workspaces” on the left side bar of https://console.tesorai.com
  2. Name your workspace

All members of your organization will be able to access this workspace.

  • Use descriptive names that reflect the workspace purpose
  • Organize workspaces by project, team, or functional area
